Join Bethany Kraig Britton for an evening of yoga, wine, and friends.
The evening begins with a sweet hour long yoga session with Bethany among the vines of the beautiful Serpent Ridge Vineyard, located in Carroll County, MD.
Following yoga, enjoy a 6 sample flight of the vinyards finest wines along with a delicious spread of lite fare and food. From there on out, kick back and chill with your favorite bottle and friends.
Included in the price of your ticket is 1 hour of yoga, 6 sample wine flight, and as much food as you wish. Additional glasses of wine can be purchased if you'd like.

*** RAIN DATE INFO*** If in fact mother nature does not play along, we may not all fit in the tasting room. Therefore, we are scheduling rain dates for the Sundays following these events. If we do have to reschedule and the rain date does not work with your schedule, I will gladly refund your money.

6 Week Prenatal Yoga Series

Are you expecting? Or expecting to be expecting? Interested in exploring a practice that will serve you both mentally and physically during this transformative time in your life? If so, then we welcome you to join Certified Prenatal Yoga teacher, Bethany Britton for a very special 6-week prenatal yoga series.
These classes are designed for any stage of pregnancy and any level of practitioner. Being pregnant is an amazing time in your life and practicing yoga while pregnant can help you feel strong, healthy and confident as you move through your pregnancy, your labor and into motherhood.
Connect with your growing baby as you connect with yourself through yoga asana (postures) chosen specifically for your changing body. Helping to strengthen and gently increase flexibility in a safe and appropriate manner. You will discover pranayama techniques (breath work) to aid in relaxation and also help encourage focus and concentration in both mind and body. During our final class of the series, you will be able to experience Yoga Nidra or ”yogic sleep” allowing for you to find a deep sense of relaxation, peace and calm, that both you, your body and your baby so deserve during this amazing time.
Specially designed to help build community among other expecting mamas, this series will help you navigate the ups and downs of pregnancy as you prepare for the arrival of your little one.
